old choo-choo

Back at KTM again. This time the turrets of the original train station. Up till a few years ago, all trains ran from here. Now everything has moved to KL Sentral (I posted a series last January.)

I'm glad this building is on the heritage list and won't be pulled down. Yes, we've lost a few buildings but with a slightly more discerning government, we've saved the rest.

What a beautiful building! It is so white. Also it does not seem like a train station to me, it seems more like a summer home from this angle.
Nice photo!

Its good when governments realise the importance of old buildings and save them from the bulldozer.

This building looks magnificent!

My friends got married in KL a couple years ago and had their wedding portraits taken at the KTM. The photos were gorgeous. I really wanted to visit the KTM when I was in KL last year but didn't get around to it.
