heavenly

Religion is always a sensitive topic, and really takes someone with the balls to make a comment. God is always the excuse used when something goes awry. Poor God in all his/her shapes and forms! And God, poor soul, also takes the blame for all our unanswered questions. With so much to deal with I'm sure he'd rather we just accept our lot and move on. Notice these gods have their windows slid closed. They watch and always will.

The truth is not out there, Agent Mulder. It's in You.

Interesting, where did you find these? I see lights in the background - are they in an office or a shop?

Marieta & Anne: Yes, it's Ganesha, the elephant headed hindu god.

I'm not too sure who the female goddess next to him is.

I don't blame God or Religion: It's people who warp the divine teachings to suit their own selfish reasons. Holy Wars? You tell me. I'm Muslim and love my religion but the crap that's going on around the world really gets my goat. Extremist excuses for an over the top society. Like I've said before, all this only gives me more to work with. Vive Le Theatre!

Thanks everyone for your comments!
(and I love your non-Matrix photo Karine!)

They do seem to be watching, look like they were put at the windows by the inhabitants to watch and remind everyone outside. Around here we get statues of the Virgin Mary in the windows or on lawns, sometimes other saints...
