shiny baubles

I tried to resist posting any Christmas type shots until December but after I took this one, it just had to get posted. If you look at it long enough, you'll see a snowman smiling at you (I must be tripping on something!)

Yup, looks like I've gotta get the Christmas albums off the shelves and start popping them into the player. Falalalala lalalala! 'Tis the season. Bought your presents? What shall I get for everyone this year, eh? Oh, the weather outside is frightful.

coucou....superbe idée et photo, bravo pour l'imagination. On dirait que la boule est une star.

Coucou….superb idea and photograph, cheer for imagination. It would be said that the ball is a star.

Nothing beats a big shiny bauble for having fun with your camera, does it? Have you ever tried to shoot it without you in it & without using a remote lead or time-delay? Even more fun!
I'm on the same junk then, cos I saw the snowman!
Ed, how does that song go? "Bubbles, (or is it bangles?)baubles, nice shiny things, doo-b doo-b..."

oops, forgot to answer jenny's question. I'm bald and will be for the rest of my days. I usually have a scarf or fisherman hat on. I was blond once...miss those days ;)

I love this shot, and your comments made me giggle. Yes, I have started listening to christmas music... falalalala.... the season is so short, you know. I am going to look for a bauble picture, too.... Hong Kong has followed in your footsteps. We'll see what I can find around St. Paul. And you don't look fat!

P.S. Ooops, it was Hong Kong that thought she looked fat, not you. Hong Kong doesn't look fat, either.

Compared to yours my bauble photo-attempt is rather pathetic but you can see it anyway at http://ackworthborn.blogspot.com/2006/12/bauble.html
