bags, spoons, pots & pans

Here's another little Mom'N'Pop store. Here you'll find all the things you need for filling your kitchen and home, at a fraction of the price of high-end department stores. I hardly, if ever, buy from shops like these. However, my mother does. And if I go with her, I like talking to the elderly men and women who run the stores. There's always a fascinating story to hear.

It's the 2nd day of the lunar new year. I'm visiting friends again. More good food.

We have stores like that here, where you can buy stuff for as low as 0.75 cents and so is called the 0.75 cents shop! Amazing how there are little things that you find here those costs less than dept store prices noh?

This shot is just plain lazy and flat. No dept, messy lines, no focus. Not very sure what are you trying to express here. I've seen better shots out of you. Edwin, you're capable to do way better than this. I'm quite disappointed. Don't post mundane shots for the sake of fulfilling your daily quote please.

Hello White Key.

I'd be lying if I said I wasn't taken aback by your comments on the last few posts. I'm not trying to express anything. It's just a picture. I know the composition doesn't pop. You don't have to knock me for it. However, saying it's mundane and saying its only to fulfill my daily quota...

You know, this (CDP) is a community of bloggers that show what they see in their respective cities. I'm not out to win any awards. I love photography and admit I'm only a hobbyist.

You sure I can take better pictures? One comment you said was great then you took the picture apart and told me to think again. Constructive?

Thank you for being so encouraging of my hobby. I was having a great day till this. Yeah, I'm bummed out. I shudder to think what you'll say about tomorrow's picture.

Edwin, White Key is way out of line. He can keep his comments to himself or offline if he feels that his "expert" advice is needed and/or welcome. This is not a competition. You are absolutely correct in saying that we are a community of bloggers, who enjoy one another. Edwin, you know that you are appreciated and enjoyed by many of us.
