inner sanctum

Once you're done being in awe of how tall and stunning the towers are, you will eventually walk into the lobby that connects you to Suria KLCC, the shopping mall. Once you walk in, take a gander above. It's as if the tips of the towers invert towards you. Very Fifth Element meets Riddick, don't you think?

This goes with your March 18th photo. It looks like a space ship to me.

I am really enjoying your study of the Petronas Twin Towers. I think "Fifth Element meets Riddick" is an excellent description for the style. I know architectural students will love it - not sure about the architects! [chuckle]

Bukit Ceylon eh Bob? I hope you've had a meal (or two) at Bijan. My friends own it. And though a bit pricey, it serves good Malay cuisine.

Oh Architects! They always think they can do better. You're not one are you Briang? ;)

Sci-Fi Chris! Very Sci-Fi. At night when I'm home looking at the towers, I imagine that one day, like two rockets, they take-off.
