a love supreme

Today it's back to basics: lines and inanimate objects. I went for an evening stroll with the intention of coming home with at least 5 pictures. I chose Merdeka (Independence) Square. And got some nice ones. I hope you like them.

This is the the top of the Supreme Court. The sun sets on the building as the night sky begins its descent. I was also approached by the guard and asked if I was a Japanese tourist. That just cracked me up!

Please head over to Rudy's DP because he may be starting his food series today. And we all love to eat, don't we?

I like the colors of the stone, and have many other things to say but in English, it's so hard for me, it's irritating (that cracks me up, is it correct?)!
I've just link Rudy, thank you, his photos are wonderful.

The sky never gets that blue here in Akita. always veiled by clouds...sometimes very thinly you wont notice at all. I miss looking at skies like this.

nice shot!

Beautiful! Love the deep blue cloudy sky, and the architecture is intriguing. I'd love to see more of this building.

has everyone gone over to Rudy's DP? he posted a very appetizing pizza. Thank you for popping in today ;)

Kala, you hit the nail right on the head. Eurasian is the exact word we use here for both buidling design and people of white/local extraction.

John, my photo's have emotion? That's just too much. Thank you.

Luccia, not pro. far from it. Just loving the moments my camera allows my trigger happy finger.

Kris: Kan? I've tried those wigs the lawyers wear. Gatal as hell ;) But they look so good in full attire walking past the building. I agree.

Marie, for you, I'll go out one night and take a picture. the building is dressed in fairy lights.
