DP Theme Day: A person/photo from the waist downwards

It's DP theme day again! A monthly thing and I usually get cramps from wondering whether I got it right and how people like my contribution to the theme. I have 2 final shots and the cramps came from choosing between them. And people look at me as if I'm deranged when I show the half shot. The questions, 'Where's my face? What's the attraction down there?' keep popping up. Dear, if you don't know, then I can't answer.

Today is World AIDS Day. You know what to do.

Anyway, click on any one of these numbers to see how derangedly talented the other DP members are.

Edwin,
First, thanks for the reminder about World Aids Day!
Now, back to the theme: I like the hem style of her slacks, I like her shoes , I like the golden terazzo, I like the composition and the lighting. Super choice. Did you put #2 up on an alternate site? About those cramps--stretch and take a deep breath or three, and enjoy all the kudos coming your way. Congrats,
-Kim

"I usually get cramps from wondering whether I got it right" LOL I may have something that help those Male Cramps Cure

Actually, from what I've seen so far, you are the only one to technically get "FROM the waist down." I've seen very few waists. I've seen some from the chest down, lots from the knee down, etc. But then again, I always like rebels!

Edwin - clever you for managing to incorporate the AIDS ribbonin your shot. I don't know how to do stuff like that, and was thinking it was a pity to have to wait til tomorrow to acknowledge this important day.

If her foot had come down we might have thought it was a metaphor for stamping out AIDS.

Nice theme-day photo.

I went through all the daily pics and I love yours the best. It just makes me wonder who this girl is.

Besides yours I like Naple, Florida's and Sydney Sally's.

Linking the theme to AIDS day is more than appropriate. More of us should have thought of doing it. Good on you Edwin !

It's been awhile since KLDP was last spammed and I'm keeping this time like a scar from an old war wound. As a reminder to how far some people will go to make a fast buck, leaving a wake of disaster behind them. Poor souls.

Anyway, these legs belong to my friend Junji Delfino, one of the best female jazz vocalists in the region. I told her last night about her KLDP debut. She loved it!

Lynn, the tea was just the thing I needed and the Hob Nob was a bonus :)

Annie, thanks for adding the metaphor.

Ame, when have you ever been scared? hhehehehheehe :)

AIDS is the 3rd biggest cause of death and still many people in the developed world pay it no heed. A condom doesn't make it safe but it makes it safer. When you ride a motorcycle, you don't forget your helmet, do you? So, PUT YOUR HELMET ON!

Edwin,

Did you click on the video link I sent? I keep coming back to see if you liked it but no mention of it.

I thought it was hilarious.

Hey Susan, yes I did. forgot to tell you, I love it! I think Dr.Gerhardt is my new best friend. I'm now going through the menwithcramps site. Brilliant stuff! Thanks :)

Meg, you can get these at any Birkenstock shop. I have the same pair in black.

Thanks Michael.

I'm sorry to be so late in commenting, but I have been awfully busy. I do look at as many blogs as possible each day, but don't always have time to leave a comment. This is an excellent choice of photo and I echo Michael's words about recognising World Aids Day. Why didn't I think of that?

dear anonymous, I always thinks it's best when we buy presents of things that our friends need. for example, my friend Candice likes to rock-climb and she needs a new carabiner. So, I'm getting her one for Christmas.
