spread it

Yes, that's a big mound of butter. It's from a little F&B kiosk called Toast Box. The butter is spread on thick-cut bread and toasted on a grill. You then have a choice of eating it with sugar or coconut jam, which is called Kaya. Kaya is also the Malay word for rich. What with all that butter, of course it's rich.

Enjoy!

A little bit phallic, Edwin :D And yeah, trying to adjust to the cold weather again, the quiet and the lack of activity here in Norwich.

Anyway, when I was much younger I used to spread butter and sprinkle sugar on either toasted bread or crackers. I would get told off by my father. I also enjoy coconut jam - especially with our local bread roll called pan de sal.

Thanks for visiting Norwich Daily Photo. I look forward to your next visit!
