I have no idea what this fruit/seed is called. I asked a flora and fauna expert (my mother) but she didn't know either. The tree it fell off stands right behind my house. I hope someone knows what it is. I love the shape and colour of it. However, it annoys the hell out of me that I don't know it's name.
Today begins a very long weekend for me. Workshops and commitments to attend to. But come Sunday evening, I'm putting my feet up and play with my dogs.

sorry I cant help you with the name! I just wanna say this is a great shot! The ground, the flower/seed and even the leaves highlight each other.
i think it's called 'biji saga' or something. i used to pick these things back in primary school and someone said that it's 'saga something' to me.. i dont know if it had anything to do with the car..

Edwin!! Awesome - glad you were able to figure out the enlarged size thingy! It looks awesome!!!! The colors come out so much better with the large photos
