What's in a footstep? A whole lot if you know about foot reflexology. Every nerve in your foot corresponds to a part of your body. Take a look at this picture. It's a shop sign and you can see how cleverly they painted the 'foot' to show what goes where. Looking at this reminds me that I have to make a long-overdue appointment with my acupuncturist.
