floral nation
Yes, many tourists have claimed that Malaysians are a colourful and floral bunch. They used to claim we swung from tree to tree. How times have changed! The Malaysian Tourism Board are clever enough to squash the tree-swinging myth. So, being such a floral bunch, I present the Bunga Raya (Hibiscus), our national flower. It's also the flower of Hawaii. Go and visit Kala and Dana over at the islands. Hope you get leid!

Great color!
wow, beautiful shot! I think you're becoming like Bob and Lisi!!
You know what I mean.
haha Midnite, you mean I am a hunk like Bob and Edwin???? ;-)
Edwin, that's a great photo and btw, I've always wanted to tell u that your profile photo looks like the singer "chow wah kin 周華健"
Wow thanks! It'll be awhile before I get as close to Lisi's and Bob's splendour.
Great! I'm not the only one who thinks Bob is a hunk! And am I really that hot? Chow Wah Kin is sooooo cute!
Funny thing about myths about people living in different parts of the world. There's a myth about Arkansas people that they don't wear shoes and that the women are always kept pregnant. Neither of which are true, at least not all the time.
the colour is so rich & life-like!!! almost feels as if you can touch it on screen.
hahaha I just photographed a hibiscus - white, yellow, red and pink ones - we have so many here - yours is a nice red one too healthy as heck - Your country and Hawaii are not that much different. Thanks for the link and your photos look amazing !
would like to point out that there is a hawaiian song called mamula moon which pre-existed our national anthem, which is an exact replica of it!
