The streets will always have stray cats. My friend Seow Yee was driving home one day and saw 2 tiny kittens. She stopped her car and picked them up. One lives with her now and the other is with her mum (I think.)
So, the streets have stray cats, I've said. Here's one I found one night. Have a great weekend.
